The new position could best be described as an HR support generalist requirement. The client was looking for someone with a general knowledge of human resources and experience with timesheet collection and payroll entry. In lieu of experience, the client would consider a candidate with a recent bachelor’s degree in human resources.

Solution

The search process took four days and after a total of nine days, the client hired their new HR generalist.
