Sage Advice for a Recruiting Agency

Problem

A regional construction organization required a permanent accounting clerk position. Most of the position profile details were common to an accounting clerk; however, they specifically needed experience with Sage accounting software and preferred construction industry accounting knowledge.

Solution

Our accounting staffing specialist searched the network for the must-have Sage accounting experience, preferably at an intermediate skill level.. Six candidates were identified, three of whom had extensive experience in a construction office environment. In depth face-to-face interviews were conducted and all three agreed to be considered.
