Staffing Company Identifies Talent that Has Skills and Will Travel

A medical practice with multiple offices contacted us with a need for a front desk medical receptionist. The position required good phone skills, excellent patient relations skills, appointment setting and a knowledge of NexGen medical software. There was a catch though. This position required that the receptionist periodically commute short distances to other local offices to provide coverage.

Our medical office staffing specialist correctly assumed that the most difficult part of this placement was the requirement to commute during the work day. Our network yielded many front office medical candidates with the right experience, but few that were interested in occasionally performing as travelling relief. With admirable persistence, the recruiter located two candidates that had the requisite experience and the flexibility to travel.

Our client knew the position would be difficult to fill because of the travelling involved and was amazed that we presented two perfect fit candidates in five days. One was hired and the position was filled eight days after we received the initial order.

Because of the seasonal nature of the Medicare industry, we need extra support from temporary employees during the enrollment period. I have partnered with Invero for 5 years now, and they do an excellent job in locating interested candidates before the enrollment period opens. We value our partnership with Invero Staffing!
