Staffing Company Identifies Talent that Has Skills and Will Travel

Problem

A medical practice with multiple offices contacted us with a need for a front desk medical receptionist. The position required good phone skills, excellent patient relations skills, appointment setting and a knowledge of NexGen medical software. There was a catch though. This position required that the receptionist periodically commute short distances to other local offices to provide coverage.

Solution
